Try this...
You'll need to get some korea bbq sause. You can get it at most stores in the asian food section. Cook the hamburger and then mix in some of the sause. You can put small slices of zuccini and of onions, garlic, slivers of carrots in with the meat. dice up some raw cabage and mix it with mayonaise and a little bit of viager. Steam some rice. Wash some large leaves of red or green lettice. Set everything on the table. Use the lettuse like a tortilla, and put some of the meat, rice, and cabbage mixture in the leaf, roll and eat. GOOD STUFF.

HERE'S A SUGGESTION. I'LL BE BACK IN A MINUTE WITH A COUPLE MORE. THERE ARE THREE RECIPES HERE, JUST "CLICK" ON THE WEBSITE FOR THE SECOND RECIPE.

Mock Fillet Mignon

1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon vegetable oil if meat is lean
1 clove garlic minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
4 strips bacon
1 can mushroom pieces drained (4oz)
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash red pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper

Combine meat, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Wrap each with bacon, fasten with toothpicks.

Cook on grill 10 to 15 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Serve with sauce made by sautéing mushrooms in melted butter and adding seasonings.

Serves 4.

Layered Hamburger Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
2 1/4 cups water
1 (14.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes
1/3 cup dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 eggplant, peeled and cubed
1 onion, sliced
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the ground beef, onion and garlic for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain excess fat. Stir in the tomato paste, water, tomatoes, parsley, thyme, oregano and basil. Set aside.

Prepare eggplant. (Peel and salt lightly, then place in a collander to drain excess liquid. Cube)

Place a layer of eggplant into the bottom of a lightly greased 9x12-inch glass baking dish. Then place a layer of the ground beef mixture over the eggplant, followed by a layer of sliced onion. Top this with 1/2 the breadcrumbs and cheese. Then repeat the layers: eggplant, ground beef mixture, sliced onion and remaining breadcrumbs and cheese.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, remove foil and bake for 20 more minutes.

Make hamburger steaks, flour them lightly, brown and then put in the oven to finish cooking. Make fried potatoes, then make a sauce from melted Velveeta (thin with a little milk). If your family likes it you can stir in a little green chili or even salsa. Serve with the hamburger steaks over the top of the potatoes, pour some of the cheese sauce over it all. It is delicious.

Stir in the gravy, vegetables, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Transfer to a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Spread mashed potatoes over the top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated through.
When serving, place 'spoonful' of gravy on top of each individual portion.
