YUCK... I hate cardio... I lift weights instead... has CHANGED MY LIFE... I love it. But if you have to do cardio, I suggest getting an eliptical trainer, its easier on your body and keeps you thin and lean... I lost 10 lbs doing this in about 1.5 months.

Billy's Bootcamp videos are great. They are hard but work like magic♥ Just be prepared to sweat and for your muscles to burn♥
