I feel for you. Here's what I do. Go to the drug store and get yourself some of that vapor bath that's used for babies when they have a cold..put some of it on a hot washclothe, it will get soapy looking, and then put the hot washclothe over your face a few times. I start my day off like this quite often. At night, take some sinus medicine, put some vicks up your nose or you could pick up some of those pseudophed plug in things that put vapor into the room.
You should try to figure out what the cause for the sinus trouble is also. Is it the type of stuffing that's in your pillow? Have you had the heat on with the old filter in the heater? Maybe you should try to sleep with the window cracked open even if the heat is on. How about a vaporizor or a humidifier? I also have bought myself one of those conair massagers and believe me, I use it over my sinus areas in the mornings quite often. It helps to break up the congestion in your sinuses and helps them to start draining. Flonase is good too but you need a prescription. Of course where I'm at the weather doesn't help either. Hope this helps you to feel better. Sinus headaches are the WORST.

If you have been diagnosed with chronic sinusitis, you need to be on some type of an anatibiotic to help with the infection. Excedrine sinus is good, as well as any of the sinus medications, but you really need to get this looked at and maybe should be on some type of prophylaxis

My doctor recommened a cool mist humidifier-rinsing the nasal passages w saline- solution- you can make your own-and buy a little nasal pot- looks like a mini tea pot- and take antibiotics- I would add a decongestant- and something for the headache- milk thistle and stinging nettles is good if it is allergy related- hope you feel better and drink plenty of fluids to clear out sinuses- D-rn

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
