Don't make an issue out of it. And when they meet her if they act strange pull them aside and tell them that you are surprised because you raised them better than that. People are people. (you did raise them better than that didn't you?)

Well dont tell them the sexual aspects but just let them know you have met someone who you really care about. Tell them her name and say shes really nice and treats you good(which should be there #1 concern) and say I know its no big deal but before you meet her I want you to know that she is a black women. And if you raised your kids to know that love sees no color then they will understand and it shouldnt be an issue!

When speaking to your children about your new friend, dont even mention colour. Rather, tell them that you have met a special lady that you would like them to meet. Talk about her attributes..(however, you don't need to refer to her sexuality). The less you make a big deal about it, the less it will matter to them. The most important thing is that both you and the lady are happy with each other.

At 65 you don't owe your kids any kind of explanation. Women who are maternal or sexy come in all colors, sizes, and shapes.

its like i've always told my daddy. its just skin. they're people too. it shouldn't matter. i'm mexican and i grew up to be taught that black people are not welcome in our society for some odd reason. but i didn't learn. to me it doesn't really matter. i wouldn't date a black man but thats just because it's out of respect for my family. and white women are nasty. so you're probably better off with the black woman. good luck with that. just don't get with a mexican woman. she will tear u up!!!!!!!!!!

Simple, tell them your dating a black woman and if they don't like it? "Oh Well" You're a grown man why do you even need to explain anything to anybody?

at your age i am sure your children are grown and are not babies so just flat out tell them...you have raised them to their majority so you have no need to explain yourself to them or anyone else...good luck
