when i askd him he said that he liked me as a friend and more than a friend. he needs time to think about it because he has a lot going on. but he likes me .help me pls ASAP

Well he may like you but may be in a period in live where he may have to sacrifice one thing for a relationship.
For example he may be considering a career move, school if he is in school, he may be afraid of being in a relationship, or there could be someone else.
You should really talk to him about this, because only he knows the answer and we can only give you our opinion on this.

i am going through the exact same thing right now! i think what he means is that he likes you as friend but he is starting to realize that he is getting "more than friends" feelings for you. it mite kinda creep him out. emotions are scary. especially for guys. he needs time to think about the relationship and his feelings for you. alot of people dont like to just jump into a relationship. it takes time for a friendship to grow. my advice is to treat him like a friend until he gets warmed up to you a little bit and after that, start to flirt with him a little...(but not too much! you dont wanna scare him away.) just remember that he is probably insecure about his feelings, so dont do anything that will embarass him (or you). just give it time. i think something will probably come out of it.

Give him time, there is no harm in just dating or hanging out. It's smart not to rush into things, and if you like him so much then he will be worth the wait. If you become to pushy you may lose out completely!

people tend to take there time when someone or something is there for there convenience but that same thing is not there
then they realize and go after it
