Does anyone know of any ethnic/ African-American hair stylists in the Seattle area?

I am looking for someone that is good with course hair; Someone good with cuts, relaxers, colors, etc.

consuela is her name and she is good. my cousin goes to her i don't know the name of her shop but she used to be located in the Central district off 21st and union.
