Excersize... I work out once a day 4-6 times a week, and it keeps me feeling happy all of the time. Excersize is a natural endorfin so it acts like a drug, but it has NO negative side effects. Keep your mind busy by doing something else other than worrying or freaking out... Just be calm, take in some deep breaths, and relax and go work out. Go jogging, or biking, or get an at home gym and keep at it... Eventually not only will your mind feel more calm and relaxed, but you will feel happier and look healthier. Good luck to you.

I haven't figured out how to deal with that yet which is the issue .... So far it's been panic attacks but now that I'm married and around someone all the time I've found that the paranoia seems to have calmed down. I try to put myself under the least amount of stress as possible ...

Try deep breathing. A little caffeine may help to. Like a pepsi or so. Just avoid the new Cocaine Drink. heard its to full of sugars and way to high in caffeine for the average joe to handle.

Maybe find a excercise routine and stick to it. Do a timeline for each day and stick to it.

6am get out of bed, eat breakfast, shower.
7am leave for school/work
8am stay awake and be non paranoide find new friends. Not on drugs non smokers.
9am feeling good. drink h20/water

Redirect your attention. Buy a new video game system and some really cool games. Get into exercising everyday. Treat yourself to new foods for lunch or dinner.

You need to go to the closest emergency room now. Stopping your meds can cause a psychotic episode--which it seems you are already having.

Call 9-1-1.

I'd go with the addictive meds rather than the paranoia. Paranoia sucks. The meds are OK.

withdrawal sucks. You could try weaning yourself off. Of course you should do this under a doctors care.
