Flagrant abuse of a law does not create a new law. Legislation requires consent of representatives of citizens, not just violation of law en masse by foreigners.

Well before you start debating the immigration situation I think you should go to school and get educated so you can write a question correctly that makes some sort of sense.

The written law for immigration is part of our nations rules, this laws were written for the people and by the people. Please contact your local Senator or Congressperson and they can get you a copy of the constitution. Written law is for sure and should be followed.
