Alright I know all about this!Under a white skirt you should definitely wear black underwear.Why you ask? They wont show whats underneath the skirt.Printed and colored underwear will show and not leave a flattering impression.I had to find this out the hard way.

either white or a very light color because if you wear a dark color it will show through. i would suggest either white, light beige or light pink. those shouldnt show through. unless you want them to show through then wear black or red.....lol
