It isn't that you are hungry its because you ate so late at night that you didn't digest properly

it might be u r digesting ur food to fast so if you comparedurself to a normal digestive system u would wake up feeling comfortable,as most people dont actually feel hungrey till at least an hour or two after waking ,so you should try eating something like porridge before bed as this is a slower release of energy and should last you till morning ,if it dont and you are still in pain with true humger them you may need to seek doctors advice, concidering i eat my tea at 6pm and dont eat any more til at least 9am the next day and even then im not what you really call hungry,so try a few filling and slow release foods before bedsee how you get on if need be keep a written record of what you eat and at what times and see what last you the longest,it could take some time to get this sorted, but stick with it as you can only benefit, good luck kat.

Because you are eating too late in an evening your body is digesting your food whilst you sleep. So your bodies metabolism is all out of synch. Anyway if you wake up and feel hungry that's not a bad thing. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So go ahead stop complaining and just have breakfast.

You need to give the stomach a proper rest. Eat earlier and space food out during the day.
