Heck yes. It was a few weeks ago at the zoo. This little girl (about 6 yrs old) was standing there talking in a baby voice and saying the word "bugabee" after everything. She would say "Look bugabee at bugabee the bugabee penguins bugabee!" I wanted to slap her and choke her mother. Sooooo annoying!

Well yes, I have been on both sides of the fence here. There are days when my children are angels and you never hear a peep out of them when I take them places, and then there are days, I wish I had some ducttape for their mouths. It is just as embarrassing if not more for the parent. So the next time you see a child going out of control, think man that poor parent, I just bet they wish they were digging thier way to chinia about right now.

I hate people that bring there kids out that can NOT behave themselves. I know it is not all the kids fault but come on. I was at the bowling alley one night and im on a league. These people bring there kids and let them climb all over the place and just run wild!!! Hire a babysitter if you can't control them. Or just stay home because i'm sorry it is not someone elses job to yell at your kids because they are running around.

Yes, I have......but there's a big difference between kids being kids and kids being annoying. It's the actual annoying little buggers that I'd like to choke!

Oh lord!! All the time! I live in Southern California where the moms are generally more interested in how hot they look in their Juicy Couture sweatsuits than they are in parenting their child. I stopped going to many of the parks in my area because the kids were so awful and their moms just did not pay any attention. I wanted to smack them and their brats!!

Yes..and I'm sure people have said that about my kids too! LOL!
It's not a question of how the children are raised! Kids are kids and can be annoying. Sometimes they whine (UGH!), sometimes they keep singing the same song 900 times, sometimes they keep asking "why?, why?, why?...and it all can get annoying!

Yes, recently I was in Famous Barr trying on shoes and I could hear a child crying. This was a sobbing, screaming, pitiful cry. It went on and on and on. Finally I see this woman casually shopping for shoes while the child is bawling his eyes out behind her. She acted OBLIVIOUS to him. It was actually kina sad.

HECK YES!! Some people just don't know how to raise their kids, telling them 'no' once in a while isn't guna kill them. A spank on the butt won't either ;)

god..........so many times..........the most irritating kids for me are the ones between 5 and 10 years old...lots of energy, speaking abilities, desire to buy just about anything and an annoyingly selfish and loud behaviour...
