I mean by us only being able to use 10% of our brain. There would be a limit on the Freewill, given to us by God. Do you think it is in Gods plan to limit what sources in our brains that we are able to use....

That is an interesting question. Why do we use only 10% of our brain. (that is generous by the way) Do you believe in a pre existance? An existance prior to coming to the earth. We learned and were taught everything we would need to know through out eternity. We came to earth as babies and a veil was placed over our minds. We had to choose to follow God's teachings for our self with out that prior knowledge of things. When we learn new things it is a process of remembering. Pulling that information out of the veiled part of our minds and connecting it to that part we have for use while on earth. Does this limit our freewill. No our brains are enough to make sound personal decisions and learn all that is offered for us today. What we need to realise is that Agency is not freewill. It is not free. All choices have consequences, good and bad. We choose to accept those consequences. We have the right to choose but not the freedom of choice.

We use 100% of our brains. The 10% thing is a media myth (just like the idea that we lose 23grams of mass at death). Watch a functional MRI sometime and you will see the whole brain going at once, even if some areas are less in use than others, depending on the task being performed.

Free will is an illusion. Given full knowledge of your state and your inputs, I could compute your next move. This is not to say that such a computation would be feasible, but feasibility and computability are two different things (otherwise, modern cryptography wouldn't work).

you talk about the brain not being fully utilised, not free will

free will itslef is limited by our own attitude to making our own decisions and using "free will"

God gave us free will, so wen choose to believe or not, choose to live a good and decent and righteous life or not

I personally think that somehow the unused parts of our brain are linked to God's purpose for us

God Bless you

It's not true that we only use 10% of our brain. Modern medicine shows that we use all of it. The only limits on our free will are those imposed by ourselves.

It is limited by the laws of nature and the laws of man, but not by the imaginary laws of imaginary gods.

That's a really stupid myth/urban legend that we only use 10% of our brains. It's false!

No, we have unlimited free will. However, if you are simply doing "what you want to do," you are probably not using your free will.
