He eats very good, and drinks whole cows milk from a cup during the day. He only takes one bottle at night before he goes to bed. But I am not sure how much of fruits and veggies he should be eating per day. I usually feed him a cup of the Gerber fruit cereal flakes with milk in the mornings, Lunch time he gets a 6 oz jar of babyfood fruit, and half an apple or banana. Snack time he gets some juice in a cup and fruit puffs or some fresh fruit. Dinner time he eats either a 6 oz baby food (stage3) dinner with meat and veggies, or a Gerber Graduates dinner for Toddlers. Then of course the 8 oz bottle of cows milk before bed.

hiya
i have just got this book from ebay for ideas for meals for my 2 and 4 yr old
it says for nine to twelve months they should have three meals a day and a couple of snacks its a new book and up to date
it also say
milk and drinks
milk remains an important sourse of nutrients and your baby still requires about 600ml/1pint a day and it also says avoid giving cows milk as a drink, opting for breast , formula or follow-on milk instead. offer water or unsweetened fruit juice 1 part juice to 5 parts water at meal times
if you need anymore info drop me an email i have a lot of baby books somewhere :0)

it also has a meal planner and lots of nice dishes and a bit more info on finger foods would you like me to copy it to you in an email :)

He should eat all the fruits and veggies he wants. Too much milk is not good at all. It's all sugar and the nutrients in milk can be found in real food.

He can eat much of what you eat at that age. Save the gerber graduates for a quick lunch once in awhile.

They should be eating pretty much what you're eating. For breakfast it could be a cup of cows milk, a sliced banana, and a piece of toast. For lunch it could be some juice, some baby carrots, and some chicken nuggets. For dinner, some juice or water, broccoli with rice, and sliced apples. Be creative, it's not that hard to please them at this age. Good luck and God bless.

you could give more finger foods and more veggies/fruit that are not mixed. the child should be starting to eat on his own. chop food small and let him self feed.
try toast fingers with banana spred on to it, anything that you eat thats healthy and not peanuts or shellfish until over a yr you can feed him. waffles, pancakes, muffins, always with fresh chopped ripe fruit for breakfast, applesauce with cottage cheese, oatmeal made with juice instead of water,

You could add more to his diet and he will love it. Try soups, cheese, oatmeal, bagels, wheat crackers, pastas, rice, chicken breast, turkey, yogurt, pudding, etc. There are many things he can eat. As long as he has teeth and is chewing good he can handle it. Introduce new things now cause they get picky right before two years old.
