Im scared that when im older and have children i wont be able to breast feed because of it! Also my left nipple is inverted always even when errect! im scared it could be something serious! Also im in a sexual realtionship with a partner but i cant bring myself to get my breasts out because i find them repulsive! Can you help?

The shape of the breast has nothing to do with milk production or with stimulation (be it cold air, or warm hands). I can only offer two things. 1) Learn to love your breasts for what they are (most men like ALL breasts and anyone who doesn't like yours is not worth having as a boyfriend anyway.) and 2) for a more in depth look at the problem, you should really ask your doctor, one with whom you have a good relationship.

you don't have a problem and when it comes to breast feeding the milk will provide you with nipples. there is nothing you can do about the shape of them so hold the head up and be proud of what god gave you. everyone else is not happy either so welcome to the club
