My gf keeps telling me that I need to show more emotions, what should I say so she will understand or drop the whole idea of me showing them? Because honestly I hate showing emotions.

Who can answer this question? They say they want emotions, but they also want the stoic pillar of strength.

Women, please just make up your mind.

You can't be forced to change yourself, because that is you...but you have to think also if this change is for the better both for yourself and your relationship.
Showing your emotions doesn't have to be so grandiose, a hug and a kiss or a simple thank you is enough for something that made you happy, a dinner date for something romantic. Because showing or letting her know what you feel is what also makes a relationship stronger, it is open, it is honest and both of you know that you appreciate each other and love each other even without saying it.
Remember: actions are better than words.

You need to tell her that your not that kind of person. Tell her she is emotional and it's one of the things that attract you to her. Tell her you care about her, and are trying your best. Let her see some of your emotions when your alone, but control i=them in public, but don't be completely cold...

Tell your gf, why are you trying to change me when I'm not trying to change you? I mean she loved you before, so why can't she still love you now? Your still the same person and she knew that you don't really show emotion.

It's not about showing your emotions. If you showed it all you would be soft. Girls like manly men. It's about being affectionate towards her, don't get it confused. Just make sure you make her feel appreciated.
