Yes, I lost 120 pounds, and when I was losing weight, I was losing inches as well. I would lose inches a lot faster than losing my weight, but when I was losing my inches, I would know that my weight would soon come off, so hang in there, because you ARE losing inches, that means that your weight is going to come off soon as well. Yes it is possible. You are losing inches which allows you to fit smaller sizes. When you workout fat turns into muscle which causes you to weigh more because muscle weighs more then fat. If you want to lose weight do more cardio only.. lifting heavy weights make you tone and bulk. Do more reps of light weights and cardio to get better results and modify your diet. Good Luck

Ur body is getting into better shape and good proportion.
U r gaining muscles and getting rid of excess fat in adipose tissues.
Fat occupies more space, hence ur pants and dress size have went down.

O yes... Muscle weighs MORE than FAT... So you have probably lost fat and gained muscle... If you are doing weight lifting, this should be expected. Congrats to you!
