I guess I like a girl, but only physical as I don't know her for a long time. I don't know if she likes me... there are about 6 years between us but we are both adults. I might be interested to know her better but I'm also afraid of rejection. what shall I do?

Ask her out. The worse thing that could happen is getting rejected. Afterwards, you go ask someone else out. Keep doing this until you do not get rejected.
