I have already done add/remove programs as well as deleted all registry entries.....what next?

The Yahoo Toolbar is not enabled (unticked) but it's running in the background somewhere because it is causing problems for me on a particular website. And, it's not the website......all my other machines are working fine.

Delete the Yahoo Toolbar and all other instances of Yahoo from add/remove programs.

COntrol Panel -> Add/Remove Program... look for yahoo toolbar... -> REMOVE

I tried that solution too and even tried using HijackThis to no avail.

The only solution is disable it. At your browser, click on VIEW then point to TOOLBARS then uncheck Yahoo! Toolbar.
