thats very kind of you roy but i dont think the possibility of you being in the south east suburbs of melbourne in australia is very likely, lol thanks anyways

you may need to wash out the evaporation coils with soap and water. just squirt dish washing soap in the coils and take a water hose and wash it out with fulll water pressure. do not get water in the electrical parts and be sure that you turn off the power to the unit before you start. you should cover all the fan motors with a good water proof kind of paper also. or you could call me and i would come over and clean it for you for a small fee of course.

it could be something as simple as your condenser coil being dirty and in need of a good cleaning.. when air doesnt flow properly scross the coil it doesnt cool the freon..
