Like some have said, there is no true diet pill available since ephedra was banned. However, and ECA stack is very good. E=ephedrine (not ephedra), C=Caffine, A=Aspirin. Start off low with a dose of 10mg of ephedrine. For ever mg of ephedrine, do 10 mg of caffine, so 100mg to start. And one pure aspiring (bayer is the best choice). This with give you a full feeling much quicker when you eat and will also allow you to go further between meals without slowing down your metabolism.

Also, when on this, make the most of your meals. Many people make the mistake when on an appetite supressant, that they can eat junk food because they wont have to eat much. Not true, get the most out of your food choices. Do not get empty calorieson things such as cokes, candy, or other junk food. Instead, make sure everything you eat provides you with plenty of protien, carbs, and fat. Yes, you need fat. Also, take a good multivitamin. One-a-day and Centrum are the best for most, men should try GNC's Mega Man multivitamin.

Hope this helps.

Prescription diet pills are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. Xenical is a lipase inhibitor, decreasing fat absorption by 30% resulting in a lower calorie intake. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. Over the counter (OTC) diet pills are considered as food supplements, and their use is unregulated. However, these are very popular and people continue to use them without considering the adverse side effects. More information available at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html

There is no magic pill for losing weight. Eat less and exercise more. That's the simple answer.

Stop looking for shortcuts, there are a thousand scammers out there preying on lazy people looking for shortcuts.

the diet pill may help for losing the weight but it won't help you with keeping the weight off you need to change your habits first. That's the hard part.

It's called diet and exercise! You can do it anytime day or night and it actually works! AND you don't have to wait for it to be delivered either!
