The dew claw is on the inner side of the paw. Dew claws do not touch the ground so they are not worn down as the dog walks.
The dew claw is attached to the leg by loose skin.

The dew claw is the name given to the 1st digit on each leg (the equiv of your thumb or big toe) some dogs are born without hind dew claws as they are very rudimentary - if they do have them they are oftern cut off within a few days of birth. The front dew claws are more attached and not usually removed. all dew claws are therfore positioned on the inside of the leg as the first digit they do not touch the ground.

The dew claw is situated above the foot, on the innerside of the leg. You cannot miss it , as it's the only one there. Good luck on looking!

the dew claw is situated on the inner sides of both front legs. directly aboove the inner most toenail. some breeds also have dewclaws on their hind legs. it is the equivalent of thumbs in reference to their location. dewclaws also require the same attention as a dogs other nails. As matter of fact, they require a little more attention, for dewclaws can very easily become caught
and tangled to blankets indoors, and to other debris outside.
Most often dewclaws are removed surgically at an early age, in order to prevent injury.

It is the small claw on the back of their leg above the paw. Some dogs will already have them removed and some breaders let them on.

The inside of the ankle! If they have one at all! Most pure bred dogs have them removed already by the breeder!

On their leg, just above the paw. Most of the time they have them removed because they really serve no purpose.
