why does everyone want to come on here and ask if they should lose weight? I'm not familiar with female sizes for jeans so I'm not even going to ponder a guess at your over all weight even though I'm a trained professional when it comes bmi's. the bottom line is this, stop worrying about how you look, don't worry about getting to a certain number for your weight... the ONLY thing you should be concerned with is being healthy! if you are not healthy then by all means start eating a balanced diet and exercise! only a trained professional should tell you if you need to be on a stringent diet plan for significant weight loss assuming you can't figure it out yourself! if your doctor, nutritionist or the likes hasn't told you to lose weight, then ask them about it.. if they say you are at a healthy weight then don't try to lose weight.. if you want to build up certain parts of your body then do targeted exercise! other than that accept the way you are!

No you are not fat, but you probably look a little top-heavy. A good way to lose upper body mass is to use a Nordic-track machine at the gym. Or at least exercise in a way that uses your upper body. Swimming laps is excellent too.

hard to say without a pic, depends on how u are proportioned, exercise will always bring out the best in somebody, do sum butt exercises and most guys like top heavy, and most guys like woman who are in shape

I dont' think you are over weight - you sound like a good healthy, solid, girl. Keep up the exercise and eat right, concentrate on health, not size.

You're not fat. You might try a bit to bulk up your butt to be proportioned but you don't need to lose weight.
