i have a friend that i only like him as a friend but not to long ago he told me he had feelings for me and i told him to not get to exited over that because i only liked him as a friend but he keeps on insisting to be more than friends...WHAT SHOULD I DO???

I have found it hard for the opposite sex to be just friends because of what you are going through right now. Someone will get feelings for the other & then what do you do? I think if he is not accepting just friendship you may have to end what you got now .

if you told me that you like more than just a friend i would say go for it but you said you like him as a friend then keep it that way

Tell him he has a choice to be your friend or nothing at all and leave it at that.
If he persists let him know you are no longer friends.
Then you must avoid him, as he doesn't respect you enough to listen to your feelings.
A one sided relationship is doomed before it starts....

Give him a 'try-out' to see if it's possible that you 2 can move to the next level ... sort of an audition, if you will ...
