Its not so much a nuclear bomb as it is a moderate sized arsenal. Most of their devices are tactical, not multi-megaton devices.

The answer is yes. Their nuclear tests were observed and recorded. The exact number of hydrogen bombs they have is classified for obvious reasons; as is the target zones for each one.
