I really haven't heard them. yet if you have no cartilage as you say, how are they going to help you. If we exclude replacement of the joint , the newest thing I know is the grow of your own cells into cartilage cells and placing them in the knee.

yes, i HAD THE INJECTIONS, they lasted awhile but then I finally had to get a total knee replacement...I guess it really depends where you are as far as pain...You've got to trust your doctor, if you believe in him, he will know what's best for you...
personally I think it just delayed me getting my knee replaced...
Oh and by the way THE SHOTS HURT...but then so does the knee replacememt good luck
