You would have to exercise and eat regularly ( foods good for you). If you want to lose it quickly drink a lot of water(at least 32 oz) and excercise daily mostly cardio ( running, walking, swimming). Just take you ipod and get on a treadmill or around the block for about 30mins. a day but start slow like walking at first then running. Eat regularly and by that take 6-8 meals a day not big portions either just smaller and for snacks eat fruits like apples, oranges, pears, and veggies like carrots, broccoli. Just don't diet because all the weight that you lose is more so muscle mass and not fat and the weight can come back once you get off the diet. One more tip if you eat out at a fast food joint get a kids meal its just a filling.

I know for a fact that eating 5-6 meals a day can be really helpful because by eating more often but not stuffing yourself, your body works harder to digest the food and it speeds up your metabolism, make sure you eat the right foods, and to reach any kind of goal you have to exercise at least 20 minutes a day, try walking slow at first, if you don't exersise you will start to lose muscle instead of fat.

NEVER STARVE URSELF.
Starvation is not a good thing 2 lose weight.
Hav ur proper meals bt along with that u start sme light exercises. The best way 2 lose weight is go for jogging in d morning.
Make urself sweat as much as u can.
Don't eat oily junk foods.
Hav a control on diet.
Don't skip meals.
Always hav proper meals.
Its not good n even impossible 2 lose weight very fast.
As nothing is impossible, may be its possible.

Try following The Zone Diet. The web site has all kinds of great recipes. Also, just try taking walks in your neighborhood. Physical activity is really the key. I have an autoimmune disease and cannot do strenuous activity either, but I am able to take a 1-2 mile walk every day.

i found the e book to be very informative and basic to study. i've got misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, i'm only in touch that i'm dropping too lots weight, too with out postpone. i will admit i've got not observed the instruction manual precisely. i'm not sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet often) and doing little or no workout, however the load keeps flying off. It of course works and if i might observed it precisely i think of it would scare the residing daylights out of me using quantity that i might lose. So thank you back for the practise. i've got in no way offered something like this formerly using fact they are in many cases packed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful ask your self. start off on the instant!

A healthily way to lose a few pounds fast.. is to Drink fresh juices, eat fresh fruit, and raw veggies.. Stay away from all sugary sweets.. just for a couple weeks..
If you can make your own juice this is best..
You could lose 10 pounds your first week...
afterwords though you must maintain healthy eating..to keep the weight off..take care, Marilyn :)

Eat healthaly, do not eat crap at all, fresh fruit and veg instead of crisps and chocolate. And drink water lots. Being healthy will help you to lose weight and make sure u dont over excess in foods like u said smaller portions.

Eat lots of protein, fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water. Get plenty of rest. And yes, you are right, portion control is key!
