any body recommend botox for lines on the forehead?

How much do you pay? How long does it last? Are you pleased with results?

I have a cousin who is 62, her face is smoothe, her arms are wtinkled though.
It is like old men wearing black wigs! Does not quite look right

I haven't had it, but would shy away from having it in my forehead in case I was unable to move my eyebrows.
