Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, C, D2, D3, D4, E, K, are all essential for life. It is also important to note that overdoses can occur, particularily with the fat soluble vitamins (A, D2, D3, D4, E, K). B12 is water soluble, but also poses an overdose risk because it is stored in the liver.

There isn't a good answer to this. It depends entirely on you, and your lifestyle, age, etc.
If you're in relatively good heath, just a plain old multivitamin would probably be fine.
Either see a doctor or a herbalist, they can help you with what your body need specifically.
