This may sound harsh, but losing some weight if you are overweight will take some of the strain off your back. (I say this from experience, not to be mean!)
Also, Yoga has really helped me, you may want to do some basic Yoga stuff in the morning, and then again before you go to bed.

Are you a boy or a girl? If you are a girl it may mean that your breasts are weighing you down. Also, really the best advice I can give regardless of what sex you are is to lose weight. The most long-lasting and successful way to do this is through eating healthy and moderate exercise. Try doing something at least once a day, even if it is just taking a walk around the block. As far as eating healthy, my best advice is to avoid eating anything that comes in a crinkly bag or a box. These are processed foods and are very bad for you. Also, cut out soda. You'd be surprised how much sweetened sodas can make you gain weight. You could switch to Diet, though I don't like all the fake sugar they add to that. (I worked for a major beverage corporation, and let me just say that the risks of drinking diet are considerable). Try water with lemon or lime.

Good luck! It sounds like a lot but you can do it!

Seriously dude, you have to lose some weight.

Also, getting your abs in shape will help your back beyond your wildest dreams. I'm not saying you need a 6 pack, but at least having hard abs underneath your winter layer will help you

being over weight is probably your problem, that and poor posture. The abdomen pulls forward all the time and the back gets sore.
Suggest you lose some weight, and get some Birkenstock shoes to improve your standing posture.

you are too young for this to be bothering you so. sounds like you need to have your kidneys and bladder checked. could very well be nothing but a urinary tract infection. you should get it checked out. you wouldnt want to loose the use of your kidneys.

See your doctor and get a full blood screen, and some nutrition and exercise help. Ask him to see if you have any bulging discs.
