one of my friend (whoz gone to uk a month ago) has not botheres to get back in touch or even reply .. i dont knw wht went wrong.... he supposed to be my relle goood frnd.... then y this behaviour?? he 100% wont take so much time to adjust there.... (hes gone for studies) i knw he may be busy....... but soooo busy tht he doesnt care at all and forget tht some1 out there is waiting eagerly for his replies??

You are calling him just a friend. And he is thinking he is just a friend. You are expecting him to come back to you with replies. He thinks he is got more important things than that. When he was here, he had nothing important and so you were his time pass. Now, he is busy and you are missing your timepass.
No wait, that is not the conclusion .... that is one way to look at it.

There is something more to it. But as long as he was here, neither he nor you tried to express it. Now you wish you could have told him how much you love him. But he is hesitant that, in case if he calls you or answers your calls or mails, he is going to get all the thoughts about you which is going to be disturbing him day and night and he can not complete his project peacefully.
There are still many more ways it could be, but honostly, your heart knows what are your feelings for him. If you think you love him, just take your next flight go meet him in person and tell him that clearly (I mean before he finds another girl to spend time with!!!)
