ok my dad dosn't know i started my period!! so what do i tell him

I take it you don't have a mother or a mother figure so I have a feel your father has been expecting this day was coming. As uncomfortable as it is for you is going to be just as uncomfortable for him but you are still his daughter so just tell him its no big deal he probably well ask if you need anything I know that's what my dad did.

He's your Dad, you should be able to tell him anything. He knows you're a girl, which means he also knows that these things are going to happen. You should just tell him, but if you don't want to say the words, "I got my period", you can just say, "Dad, my Aunt Flow came to town!"...that's what I had to tell my gym teacher(who was a guy) when he asked why I needed to go to the nurse.

Just tell him. I was lucky kinda my mom told my dad and my step dad.
And if you have issues telling him (like you are scared or anything) -- If you have an aunt or sister or someone that you are close with talk to them about it first. Ask for advice.
I am sure he knew this was going to happen, but just take a deep breath and relax.
I am sure your dad will understand.

You could tell him dad my administration just began and tell him that you need some lady things like pads or tampons whatever you use and if you cramp tell him you need some pills. It was kinda hard for me tell my dad when i went to visit him one time and my period came on i didn't want to tell him because i didn't feel comfortable talking to him like that but they understand.

You don't have to be nervous about telling your dad. Your dad is expecting you to get it- just tell him you started.

It's normal! He understands trust me, you don't have to tell him anything. If you need money for the products then just tell him... he already knows all about it.
