Well I train in MMA and when I need to cut weight I just ride a station bike or hit the treadmill or hit the sauna, but anyone of these that I choose I make sure I am fully clothed or have a suana suit on, but i atleats try to wear a non-hooded sweater then a hooded sweater over it and a pair of sweat pants and just sweat your heart out thats all water weight is, is water so when you sweat you losing that water.

No much inforamation! However, whatever the weight is just watch ur diet. Take protien rich food and some diary. Do yoga atleast for 15 min 3 times a week.

There are diarrhoetics you can take. These get rid of excess water caused by retention.

You need to see a doctor. This is very bad on the kidneys and heart. If this is fluid retention is post surgery they should give you Lasix a prescription.

If you really are retaining too much water, you should be careful about eating too many salty foods. Eat real fruits, vegetables, grains, and meats instead of stuff that comes prepackaged and processed.

Don't drink ............just kidding. That must stink. You can reduce it by limiting your salt intake. You can also take medication or simply eat foods that will help like grapes, watermelon, celery and cucumbers. Good Luck dear. LOL
