Yum.
Good for me.
Screw the carbs in the bread. Bring it on.

Stick with only a peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread and you will be fine. The peanut butter is a good carb, but the jelly is full of bad sugars. You can even cut up a banana and add it to your peanut butter sandwich---yummy

peanut butter is protein and fat
jelly is sugar
sandwich is carbs
anything in moderation is okay, just don't do it all the time.
the fats in peanut butter is one of the good for you fats and protein is always good for you. I agree with the person that said eat it on whole grain bread. And maybe get low sugar jelly.

The regular PB & J is full of sugar. You could go for a natural fruit spread with organic, no sugar added PB on whole wheat for a much healthier version.

Full of carbs, but oh so good. How about a compromise...be sure you put it on whole grain bread.
