Be interesting, funny, and present yourself as a challenge for her. If she's a halfway desirable woman/girl, she probably has at least 2 or 3 dudes doting on her every word and trying to "nice" their way into something with her.
Don't be afraid to talk to her, and if you like her, dont be ashamed of it, but also dont let it overwhelm you. Take it real easy and laidback.
When you talk to her, try to be set yourself apart from "most people", what do you do that's interesting/unique? Being funny is a plus, but really the most important thing is to be comfortable in your own skin around her.
Once you talk to her for a bit, invite her to come along while you do the interesting thing, that I mentioned before, she will melt in your hands

Just be yourself, if she likes you fine. If not then you won't have to spend all your time trying to be someone you're not. Plus if you are acting or trying to hide something she will probably see through it and go off you anyway. Try breaking the ice, say hi, and send her a joke email or a photo perhaps.

dont try and rush into anything.
when she talks listen
when she is sad confort her
make her laugh
take things slow
develop a friendship and hope for a relationship dont just lay one on her
so what im saying is be her friend first first. if she realizes how wonderful you are...theres a match. if not there are 'more fish in the sea' i know she may seem like the only one, but shes not.

:) you can't force someone to like you. Trust me, that has a reverse effect.
You can just make yourself interesting enough that the other person likes you. Best to find out what she likes doing and invite her to do that. Good luck, and if that does not work, she is just not interested and there are plenty of fish in the sea.

Hmmm, have you thought of e-mailing her and asking her out? You can't make her like you, so no declarations of love, or poems etc. Just email her the link to a film / bar / event, and ask her if she'd like to go with you...

Simple - you can't make anyone like you - they either do or they don't. Why don't you email her and see what her response is, that way you will find out whether she likes you or not. Good luck!

You cannot force anyone to like you, but u can give it a try.First write a general mail to her.If she responds a green signal for u to continue conversations with her.Good Luck
