Its an interesting shot. It needs more to it. The helicopter shouldn't have been the center of the shot. I know its hard to get good composition when you only have a moment for the shot. If you want to see more really cool photography go to

Is it really falling? That's not so certain in the shot. It could just be banking. You can stop propeller movement with high enough shutter speeds. A series of shots would make it more convincing.
And what's so "cool" about a tragedy anyway?
