I swear by the Annabel Karmel cookbook. It has tonnes of great recipes and most of her toddler recipes make suitable adult food as well, which saves on doing two lots of cooking. There are only a couple of her recipes that my daughter turns her nose up at! Her website is great and she also offers weekly meal planners, which take a lot of the thinking of what to give them, as well as offering a balanced diet.

Take the two-year old and marinate it in a good red wine overnight. The next day, cut the four-year old julienne style and stuff the two-year old with giblets. Put the julienne bits and the stuffed two-year old in a large earthenware pot. Mix in a little rice, mustard, honey and flour, season to taste, and roast in an oven for 45mins-one hour. Your guests are guaranteed to eat all their veg with a simple and flavoursome main dish like this!

Take the 2 & 4 year olds, wash in cold water, sprinkle with flour and brown sugar, bake in a moderate oven for four hours, then leave to stand for 20 minutes.....
Oh, isn't that what you meant?

You can make little vegetable tarts using ready made puff pastry, some tomato puree and then they can make smily faces and pictures on top with different bits of veg!
