my boyfriend and i have been together about a year. He said something that really touched me. he said I get more and more beautiful everyday and that i was the most beautiful girl in the world. what does this say about how he feels about me?

Words are cheap. I'm so sorry to say this but he may REALLY mean it, or he may just be wanting to get you in bed (or to keep you in bed). It's hard to know what's in a guys' head, but I promise you that with a ring is the only time he means what he's saying completely.

It's called....a COMPLIMENT! WOW! Hard to get used to those huh? It's not the end of the world, and he's not telling you he's secretly engaged to a model, nor that he's ready to tie the know. He's just telling you he loves you. Why must women always look for a secret meaning behing anything that is said to them?
Roll with it and don't make a big deal. It'll only freak him out!

I say this to my girlfriend all the time!
From MY point of view, its just my appreciation for her, and its how i express my true feeling for her!
I also fall deeper and deeper in love with her everyday, so maybe your boyfriend is trying to tell you that he really loves you and is ready to take the relationship astep further

Well that is very sweet my boyfriend tells me the same thing. I believe he really does think you are beautiful and you should not use his love to make him weak use it to malke him stronger, because when his heart his broken he is very vulnerable to other women.

right now he really loves you and is saying what he feels at the moment which is pretty much things you want to hear just be careful. my boyfriend did the same, but he just threw our one year down the drain last week.

He is obviously in love with you, which is wonderful that he can express his love in words. My husband hits me on the arm and says "see I show you love!" Your man is showing you love with words, you are very lucky. It sounds like he loves you even more with each passing day.
