Depends. How is it flavored? Some flavored water has unnecessary additives/sugars. Read the label. What's wrong, don't like plain water? Squeeze either fresh lemon or lime in it.

Flavored water is simply that flavor, some use splenda or other sweeteners to add the flavor then it adds to calorie intake and others add carbonation, which can be harmful to the longterm VO2 intake when exercising. best case stay with propel or the like with out carbonation, with them you will at least get an electolyte burst when you need it

Depends on what it's flavored with. Propel is my favorite, but it does have calories and sugar in it. Some flavored waters are still no calories. You have to read the labels.

wellll, that depends on who it is you're talking too...But basically if it is water(plain H2O) flavored with something like lemon juice and it has NO aspartame(NutraSweet) or other non nutritive sweeteners then it is the same as water...coffee(decaf or not) and tea and any other liquid are NOT the same as plain water..e are not cats we do not get hydration from food or other liquids..
BTW: this opinion tends to change depending on the day of the week BUT this is the oldest one and the one I obviously go with...
