Does every surviving religion involve successful military operations?

Wicca, Buddhism, Hinduism. None others that I know of.

MAny people will say Wicca, but if you look at the pre Christian roots of Wicca. The roman Pagans killed socrates for his non belief and others as well. They were living in fear of their gods. Wiccans have a slightly different way to look at the old Gods and they don't preach their religion.

ALL of the major religions have histories filled with immense violence and conquest.
Maybe Scientology, Kaballah, Wicca and many cults don't? But they end up killing themselves before they kill other people.

As far as I know, Wicca doesn't. It is the most peaceful religion, in practice, that I know of. Most religion preach peace, but don't actually do it.
