If one uses flies to catch trout, then it is obvious that you would use trout to catch flies. Place your trout in the sun and wait for a few hours. You will find that you will have all of the flies that you could desire. All you need then is a net to capture your hard earned flies. You could use fly paper but it seems to make the flies all gummy and hard to chew. They also stick to your teeth pretty badly. Fly spray is effective but gives the flies a rather sharp taste reminiscent of a sip of kerosene. Your best bet is to stick with the old tried and true net method. Your flies will be much tastier.
