If they want to, who I am I to speculate on it. It's their country(and their money), isn't it?

Every country, state, county, town and house should have a 20 foot wall built around it. That'll sure keep out all those undesirables. Might spoil the view a bit - but who cares about that!

Or how about we accept the fact that people are ALWAYS going to immigrate, and it is their right to seek out places of better prosperity. That is what the US is founded on isn't it? Illegal immigration is bad for every country, of course - but I doubt there is anybody who isn't an illegal immigrant themselves who is actually FOR illegal immigration. Walls won't solve anything, and will only create a seige mentality. Why don't you just have better methods of cathing illegal immigrants - cause they're always going to find a way in.

nicely, it did no longer help that Spain (study 'sanctuary city') gave 500,000 amnesty and thereby ecu passports for all ecu countries. That interestingly approximately quintupled the influx from all debts. they are putting up an ecu Coast look after and are repatriating like loopy. they could dismantle employment and earnings magnets there, like we could do here, to make it paintings, nevertheless.

I wonder if the countries you mention have an illegal problem as bad as the US? I'll have to do research on that...but if they do, it wouldn't be a bad idea. After all illegal is just that. Its a fact that has been beaten to death!

Why don't we build a wall between the "blue" and the "red" states to keep all the subversive, greedy, and freedom-hating Republicans out!

They have put together an EU coast guard, as I understand it. It is more of an over-water issue, there.

They should do whatever they feel is best and what their citizens want. I am not a resident of any of those countries, so it is really none of my business.

Sure, but I'm speculating their problems aren't as bad as ours. Nice attempt at trying to be clever, but ............it's not.
