Just kidding. I think people answer what they think is the answer by their own perspective. Many people answer the questions depending on what they've lived through or seen. Sometimes it's hard to pin point an answer, but I try and give my best advice unless it's a very dumb question, then they get the kind of response your question is asking about.

cuz they just want the points to ask more questions or get up to a better level (maybe to show they are clever...but they r not as they probably just copy n paste from a site you could go on to get info you need)

Well, sometimes the grammar in the initial question is poorly written and maybe some people can't decipher what is being asked.

Maybe when you ask a question you are not being specific enough to get good results. Ask the question clearly.

i would not know why they would do that...maybe they did not understand what you were asking...i guess all people on here are different and you meet all kinds in this world today...but i would think they would at least try to answer your question

You probably aren't specifying your questions enough, so they are trying to cover all grounds. Some are just doing it to be annoying.
