the poorly educated would be easy to fool, but the well educated would be more convinced that what I fooled them into believing was right

To be honest, I don't think you can fool the well-educated without a lot of effort and a long-thought-out strategy. Even then, there is an extremely high risk of failure.

If i really wanted to convice them of something, like say convince a country that god told me to invade Iraq, then yeah i'd go for the stupid nation,
But if i were doing it for a laugh, like trying to convice people that i spotted a UFO wouldnt it be soo much more satisfying to outsmart the clever ones.
