I don't regret anything. I know that everything I've done is that past has been a learning experience. I've learned what to do and what not to do in relationships to help make them better for both people and keep everyone happy. I screwed up a really good relationship in the past, but now I'm with an even better guy and I'm happy. I know that I just need to except it and move on.

I think back everyday to my past relationships because they form who you are and how you think romantically now. You get out of relationship and try to find someone else but you're more wary to make sure the new person doesn't have the negative traits of the old. The things you learn from the past you carry on from your perception of how they should act, what you should do or say, the way you make love, etc.

Everything that has a beginning has an end and i try to concentrate on the good things and recall what made the good go bad. If anyone did me wrong then i channel them out and don't dwell on it. Carrying a grudge is like buying a new shirt. It looks good on you at first but if you wear it day after day it's not long before it starts to stink. Carry a grudge constantly and soon people will avoid you.

Dr. Seuss said it best "Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened."

Never. Things happen for a reason and past relationships teach us new and valuable lessons for the future. If the relationship didn't last, I know that God has a reason for it. I've suffered many broken hearts and abusive relationships... men I thought I couldn't survive without. And now, I am happily engaged to the most amazing man ever, so I know that there should be no looking back when it comes to relationships. Love lives in strange places and what you deserve will come to you.

Not very often because obviously those relationships ended for a reason. And everything happens for a reason. If any of my past relationships were meant to be, then I'd still be in one of them. I just look at them as experiences leading me eventually to the right person.

I think we all think of the what if. Everyone thinks back and wonders what would have happened if... Even those in happy relationships.
Nothing can be done about your past, all you can change its your present and your future

Never regret, everyone was a good learning experience and it helps me to see red flags in others for possible relationships.

I use to do it all the time cause I was unhappy with my life. Reason I was so unhappy was because I didn't know how to let go of the past & see what my today had for me. Stop looking back cause you will never enjoy your future to come.

Regrets are only useful if you can learn from them. Evaluate what you have done and how you would do it differently in future. Then forget about it and look only to the future.

BAH! If it ended, it ended for a reason. There are an astronomical amount of available men, and some of the may just be worth giving a shot. If a pissed and moaned about about an ex of mine then I wouldn't of met my hubs.
