Good for them! If the agency actually is violating a Supreme Court ruling limiting detention to six months, by holding this guy for two years, then there isn't any reason for them to NOT bring a suit.

They should take the 'A' off of their name. They have long since stopped being a legitimate guardian of rights of Americans and have become a loony fringe support group.
