I myself hate it when people stop on the ramp getting on the highway. That always gets a bad word coming out of my mouth. My second is tailgating. What do you hate the most?

Ugh!!!! Driving in the left(passing) lane for no reason. Do people really need that yellow line to help them? They cause so much road rage. Passing on the right can be illegal. I got a ticket for passing someone on the right who was on a phone going under the speed limit!!! I dont condone speeding, feel free to go as slow as you want in the right lane, but if I want to legally go the speed limit, I should be able to. Left lane pokeys make the road dangerous. People then tailgate and take chance in lane changing.

People who are totally clueless as to what's going on around them. Like the ones who don't check any of their mirrors before changing lanes. Some crazy old man almost ran me off the road that way. I don't think he even heard the horn of the Giant F-150 I was driving at the time, as he just kept coming over into my lane.
Tiny little old women who can barely see over the steering wheel.
People who drive crazier than I do.
People who drive like they have nowhere to go and all day to get there.
People who do other things while driving, i.e. putting on make-up, reading the newspaper, changing their clothes, masturbating (I've SEEN it!!!)

Tailgating, Red light runners, and the people who don't use the acceleration ramp as an acceleration ramp.

Every answer you've gotten so far I'd have to put on my list, but I must add people who don't use their turn signals!
Have you ever been in front of someone in the ONLY lane going in your direction and they SUDDENLY stop because they need to turn left, but didn't bother to use their turn signal to let you know prior, so you have to slam on your break to keep from hitting them?
Do they think it's just a decoration on the instrument panel?

Lack of common sense, My wife just totalled my truck last week when a young girl was talking on her cell, ran a stop sign and my wife t-boned her. Both are ok, but this is a good example why you DO NOT TALK ON THE PHONE WHILE DRIVING...

bottlenecking, when they slow down to view an accident on the other side of the road! argh! tailgating is also one that gets me off..and like you mentioned also, slowing down/stopping on the freeway onramp! it is ridiculous!
