I think you should always shave off the hair on your armpit and always use a nice roll on deodorant. It helps, you can even get some that the smell will last for 24hrs. Good luck

if you deo fails you you needs to buy an hand sanitizer
1. wash under your arm in the restroom
2. take a dime size of hand sanitizer and wipe it under your arm the best sanitizer to use are the ones from bath and body or victoria secert. they have a smell to them.
3. you mite need to shave your under arm arm every other month.

you have a body odor problem and you need a strong deoderant that can cover up the smell also wash under your arms better

I know...
Surgery...
It would involve an incision around the skin of the inner armpit followed with closure by sutures. After it heals in 2 weeks....No more underarm odor for life...at all...ever!

Have you tried a deodorant soap? I like either tone or coast. They tend to clean when used with water and a washcloth.
