It may have been too soon to come off of the drug, or, the effects of discontinuing the drug may be causing the depression. Talk to your physician about what to do and whether another antidepressant may be of benefit. Each person reacts very differently to each drug (I know) so there may be one out there that you are not scared to take. Also, it can't hurt to try taking a Vitamin B complex, an Omega 3-6-9 complex and exercise! It does help. Best of luck to you, it does get better.

You should NEVER go off antidepressents cold turkey. It will throw your entire chemistry completely out of whack which is why you were put on them to begin with. You have to gradually come off them by decreasing the dosage, the same when you started them you gradually increased. I would call your phsychologist and get back on your meds and do it gradually so your body can re-adapt itself to them.

You gotta find something to keep your mind off of it. Did you know that excersize is a natural endorfin and will make you happy? I know it sounds weird, but almost 100% of people who work out are happier than those who dont. So try it, NOT only will you feel better, but you'll look even better which will make you feel EVEN MORE better... hahah.. Good luck

yes. that coupled with counseling might do the trick. the medicine isn't a cure all and it doens't work alone. if you are to ever be free from taking anti-depressants, you have to get to the root of the emotional crap stuck down inside.
