The thing about children is they always want something that seems REALLY fun that someone else is using. It's not that she won't give it back. It's that she knows it's okay to keep it, that she can get away with it. You need to show her who's boss by using your tone of voice and eye-contact... not force. Never force.

Act like the adult and get her mind onto something else to keep her happy and take the laptop out of the picture .

Distract her with something elts, take it away and then explain it too her that it is not a toy for her to play with. You should get down on her level and look her in the eye.
