My bf, Chad's been oversea for business.
On fri night, i went partying with my Japanese friends who came all the way from Tokyo to visit me. It was her birthday, so i brought her to this club where i was sure she'd love it! Guess what, i met chad's friend in that club. i was a little surprised seeing him. he joined us and the night went great untill, suddenly, he told me that Chad wanted him to come to take care of me. What the hell was that?
What kind of immature person is Chad?
How about his idiot friend who ended up telling me everything?

Yukiko, your boyfriend sounds like a major jerk. You sound like a really sweet girl, and I think you deserve a lot better than this. This guy has absolutely no trust for you whatsoever, if he sent his friend to spy on you while you're celebrating your friend's birthday.
This guy doesn't appreciate what a good, sweet, beautiful and caring woman you are. And that's really sad.
I'm no expert on this, but if that were me, I'd be treating you a lot better.

You should have an open and honest conversation with Chad about the situation. Hear him out. Even if he denies that he sent his friend to spy, make it clear that you would not appreciate that under any circumstance. Also, make sure he knows that you care about him and would not cheat or do anything else to undermine the relationship.

I'm guessing you told Chad what your plans were that night. If thats the case, then it's good you left no room for suspicion. But why id he feel you need to be taken care of? You should have a lengthy talk with him and ask him what his function is!

i don't know how old you are, or chad's background. i have known people to do this. the bf asks a friend to go, or the friend just decides to go to protect his friend's interests.
it may be annoying but it also has a sweet and protective component and i would not slam chad before discussing it with him. tell him you appreciate the gesture, but also tell him how it made you feel (suffocated, incompetent, monitored, etc) don't be mean, give him a chance to explain and see what his response is.

what did chad's friend 'end up telling you'?
i think chad didn't even say anything to his friend about you, the guy was just trying to get with you. tell your bf about this...that guy isn't his real friend...

I don't see what you're so upset about. Your boyfriend obviously cares about you and wants you to be safe while he's gone.If you think he was there to spy on you then I guess that's a different story. Talk to your bf about it and ask him if he trusts you. Trust is important to make any relationship work.

"take care of you" meaning SPY on you? THat's pretty dirty.
Yeah, I'd be calling the Chadster a few choice names if I were you...but find out FIRST if he REALLY had his buddy spying on you--perhaps the BUDDY aint a buddy at all and wants to break the two of you UP!

He's probally worried about you and has his friend looking out for him. It's normal when a guy has a hard time expressing himself. However it was not aproperate for him to do that to you. It violated your trust with him.
